June 2025 Project of The Month: The Hall on Occidental
Located directly across from Lumen Field on Occidental, the original and iconic 1903 brick building now houses the luxury Gridiron Condos as well as The Hall, a 6,500 square-foot sports and beer hall contracted by Chain Construction. Specifically designed as the perfect pre-game destination for downtown sports fans, The Hall on Occidental marks the fourth location for The Hall Group, whose growth is fueled by their vibrant, inclusive culture and strong sense of community. Also known for their people-first philosophy, The Hall continues to lead by creating innovative concepts that go beyond industry trends.
The Hall on Occidental is slated to open mid-June, just in time for Summer. We developed a custom package tailored to the building’s unique triangular, adaptive reuse architecture, ensuring cohesive branding, and high visibility from all directions in the heart of the action.
This Custom Sign Package includes Six signs:

Just as the building has been reimagined with Gridiron’s modern luxury, our design blends contemporary elements with handcrafted fabrication and classic materials. The Hall’s mission to create an inclusive, energized space for fans and the community comes to life with this bright welcome.
