The Station at Othello park was a collaborative effort between Othello Partners and USAA Real Estate for the development and construction of this building. The Parking signs on the exterior and the Main sign above the canopy were part of the design package, and it was paramount that they get noticed right away to capture the attention of traffic at the Othello and MLK Way S. This is a major stop on the new Link Light Rail system that’s been running for a few years now (hence the awesome name “Station”!). The sign itself is what’s referred to as reversed pan channel lettering with halo lit illumination, installed on a glass awning at the main entrance.
