Ian, the founder of Ian’s Pizza, worked at a small pizza by the slice restaurant in college and after visiting Italy, landed on a dream of owning his own pizza shop. His vision was to be in college towns in flowing communities with artistic residents. His first location was opened in Madison, Wisconsin October of 2001. Today there are 6 locations throughout Denver, Madison, Milwaukee and Seattle. Each location is unique to their teams and neighborhoods.

Western Neon was asked to design and fabricate a sign for Ian’s Pizza on the Hill located in vibrant Capitol Hill conveniently across the street from Seattle Central College, fitting perfectly with his ideal vision. Their double-sided projecting blade sign sticks out 2′ from the wall and measures at 3’x3′. The circular sign was painted black and contains opaque atomic red and white vinyl graphics with 40 linear feet of exposed 15mm CL65 exposed white neon.
