Metro 112

Western Neon joined forces with Artco Sign Company to manufacture and install exterior and interior signs at Metro 112. Metro 112 is a mixed-use project with 299 apartment units, retail space at street level on three sides, and parking for 437 vehicles. Western Neon was responsible for creating a Master Sign Plan for all the exterior signs as well as the building's retail spaces. Developing a Master Sign Plan involves many hours of design and can lead to multiple planning revisions with the city municipality. Western Neon was able to convey the Metro 112 architectural concepts, construction details, and building owner requests while producing an iconic sign. Over 26,600 vehicles travel past this location daily; therefore, it was of the utmost importance that the building be noticed. Nothing identifies a building better than a Western Neon sign!
